RCH Roofing understands the importance of roof replacement to a commercial or industrial building owner. The investment can be as much as 10 percent of a building’s total replacement value. Prior to recommending a new roof, RCH will attempt to resolve the existing problems through repair and maintenance. RCH Roofing works closely with the building owner or owner’s consultant; RCH evaluates the issue(s), then we make recommendations.
